At Ascend Chiropractic, we are a cash-based practice and do not currently accept health insurance. This often results in a smaller bill for you, since insurance companies typically drive up the cost of care while still limiting the type and amount of treatment providers can give. We believe in holistic, patient-centered care that addresses the root cause of your concerns—not just quick fixes. By working outside of insurance restrictions, we’re able to provide the most comprehensive and personalized treatment at truly affordable prices. If you’d like, we are happy to create a superbill that you can submit directly to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

We also want to emphasize that we do not lock you into a contract. While Dr. Krantz takes the time to create individualized treatment plans tailored to your unique needs—and we strongly encourage following these plans for the best and longest-lasting results—you are never obligated or locked in. We operate on a pay-per-visit basis, with the option of purchasing package plans if you’d like to save money while staying consistent with your care.

Additionally, we do accept auto accident and personal injury (PI) insurance. If you’ve been involved in a car accident or sustained a workplace injury, we can bill your insurance directly to ensure you receive the care you need without added stress.
